Final Sale on Cannabis Products

All cannabis products sold by FILTHYTD are considered final sale once they have been purchased and released to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, disposable vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages, and infused products.

Because cannabis products cannot legally be resold after leaving our control, returns or exchanges are not permitted for opened, used, or removed items. This policy is in place to protect customer safety and ensure compliance with California cannabis regulations.

Eligible Refunds, Replacements, or Store Credit

While most cannabis products are final sale, FILTHYTD may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in limited circumstances. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet eligibility requirements.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may qualify for a resolution. This includes products that arrive broken, malfunctioning, or different from what was ordered. Additionally, products received past their expiration date or that appear compromised may also be eligible for review.

To be considered, you must contact FILTHYTD within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Proof of purchase is required, and clear photos of the product and original packaging may be requested to verify the issue. Once reviewed and approved, FILTHYTD will determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

How to Request Support

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted promptly. Customers should reach out to our support team using the contact information provided on our website. When contacting us, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible, typically within one to three business days. Response times may vary depending on inquiry volume and verification requirements.

Non-Cannabis Merchandise Returns

Non-cannabis items such as branded merchandise, apparel, accessories, or glassware may be eligible for return or exchange. These items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Requests must be made within seven days of purchase, and proof of purchase is required.

Approved merchandise returns may be issued as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, at FILTHYTD’s discretion.

Store Credit

In some cases, FILTHYTD may issue store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. Store credit may be used toward future purchases and will be valid for the period specified at the time it is issued. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been prepared for pickup or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations made prior to fulfillment may be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any applicable processing fees.

Proof of Purchase and Verification

All refund, replacement, or exchange requests require valid proof of purchase. FILTHYTD reserves the right to verify order details, identity, and age to remain compliant with California cannabis laws. Requests submitted without proper documentation may be denied.

No Returns for Preference or Change of Mind

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for reasons related to personal preference, taste, potency expectations, or a change of mind. Cannabis affects individuals differently, and subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a return under this policy.

Compliance and Safety

FILTHYTD operates in strict accordance with California state and local cannabis regulations. Any approved returned items are handled according to compliance requirements and are never resold. FILTHYTD reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
